I have a JVC Everio GZ-MG255U with the docking station. The camera bag with all of the cords was stolen. Where do I get replacement cords? I have tried the JVC sight and they don't seem to have anything.

you are trying to transfer using the battery, will stop during the process, you need to use the JVC docking station powered up from the mains or you will require power from your charger system, a slight drop in battery power and your download will freeze.
Had to Download wondershare video converter and make my .moi files Quicktime friendy and into .mov files. Finally works and Got all my videos on my MAC now.
If you have X P you install a firewire in your p.c.hook up camera switch to play then open moviemaker the p.c.will recognise the camera moviemaker is better than j.v.c. software.
