SInce the test pages are printing the problem is a software communication issue. Make sure you have the right printer selected in the program you are trying to print from.

There is a alignment program to set your printer, it should have came with the printer, if not you can get it online.

How to replace the fuser on HP LaserJet CP1515n Printer

Hi Joshuachidem,

If you are not a technician then it can be tricky... They are not a user replaceable item, so I would recommend getting a trained HP tech to replace it. If you have a new fuser and you still want to try it, just let me know...
