It is likely the rinse aid is low or empty. Check the rinse aid dispenser to see level of rinse aid. Also make sure when you open the dishwasher at end of dry cycle that it is hot inside. Otherwise most likely there is not enough steam as the heater may not be working to capacity or the thermostat is not regulating the water temperature to generate steam for drying.

How old is the dishwasher? Check the front control panel for a AIR DRY / HEAT DRY switch. Perhaps the switch is in the AIR DRY position. If so and you really want to HEAT DRY your dishes, set the switch for HEAT DRY. Otherwise: Second, it is not a bad thing to let your dishes AIR DRY. It saves money! Just open the Dish Washer door after the last rinse cycle has finished and let the dishes AIR DRY manually. In a hour or so they can usually be put away. Works for me :)

Easy one first try this to see if it helps
Water pre-heatingYour
dishwasher may pre-heat the water. If so, and if the water entering the
dishwasher is cool, the heater may take up to half an hour to heat the
water.
To avoid the wait, increase the incoming water
temperature before turning on the dishwasher. Do that by running the
kitchen sink faucet until the water runs hot. Or increase the
temperature of the hot water to the entire house at the hot water
heater.
Warning! To lessen the risk of scalding, don't set the hot water heater temperature higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ther have been a lot of complaints about the drying performance of these machines. One solution suggested by Electrolux is to use the "anti bacterial" wash mode, as this is a higher temperature wash, therefore dishes dry better. If you are using Eco wash or Quick wash, drying performance is not very good- Electrolux recommend leaving door ajar at end of cycle to improve drying. Also, ensure your Rinse Aid compartment is topped up, as Rinse Aid greatly improves drying performance.
-Please note: these dishwashers will not dry plastics and other items that do not hold the heat very well!!
-Also, you should be able to hear the drying fan running at the end of cycle- if not, then you may have faulty fan (uncommon), or control board (more common).
Good luck!!
