Did you bleed injectors? Pump primer pump up till you pressure, wait pumping crack a injector nut till you solid fuel. Than close. Go to next one, do the same thing.

Hello,
Diesel has to have high pressure fuel. Water is very bad, air pocket in pressure fuel line very bad, engine glow plugs bad. Pretty much covers your problem, from your question, so with that said check your filter (usually glass) for water if present this has to me all bled off and filter either cleaned or replaced, also if you have a air pocket this has to be bled out and there is a spot on your engine that will allow this, it is on the high pressure side that has a bleeder screw, plug, Etc. call dealer for location and try yourself, about all I can help here, but in you asking question makes me say this is high pressure and caution is in high priority as the bleeding fuel can inject itself into your skin, so be careful.
Fill the tank and all fuel filters with diesel... There should be one or two fuel pressure release valves on the fuel line, one after the pump and filter.
If there's only one, losen it, and crank over engine, let all the air out of the system, and wait till there's only diesel, gushing out of the line, before you tighten up the valve.
If there's 2... Open both and Start with the one farthest away from the injectors...when fuel comes close the farthest one first, then the other one.
Hi,
I have a 2005 Case 410 that has 391 hours on it just had the oil and air filters changed 10 hours ago. While using the skid steer it suddenly shut down on me and wont start when I turn the key the hour meter reads ACC. I checked the voltage on the battery checked out at 13 volts coming out, and tried jump, no go. Checked the oil which was at a right level and seemed fine. Cane anybody help me thanks, email me at [email protected] Thanks
Loosen fuel lines at injectors, keep turning engine until fuel comes out of lines, continue cranking engine, tighten lines one at a time, it should start, i would reccommend changing the fuel filter first as you may have pulled debris from tank into fuel filter.
