PIONEER PLASMA NOT TURNING ON

43 INCH PIONEER PLASMA TV WHICH IS WHICH JUST DECIDED TO NOT TURN ON I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS GOING TO PACK UP AS IT HAD SHOWN NO SIGNS .
TUNER BOX IS FINE THE TV DOES TURN ON BUT JUST STAYS IN STANDBY MODE.
COULD U HELP

tv (pioneer plasma) stays in standby mode even when trying to turn it on. I have tried using both my universal remote, and the original tv remote but neither is working. I can turn the tv to off and back into standby mode by manually pushing the power buttons, but there seems to be no way to change from standby to on without using the remote. wondering if there is something wrong with the sensor for the tv so that it can't pickup the signal from the remote??

Pioneer PDP-436PU TV blinks red 10 times

Most likely a bad power supply board= you are going to have to find a Pioneer dealer to get it fixed or even get the part--many shops including the one I work for will not touch this brand of set.

Broken glass on front of plasma tv

Some, but not many have the front glass as a replacement, give me the model number so I can check. Oh, pioneer is getting out of the tv business this year ( soon ) if it turns out that the glass cannot be replaced or even ordered you might not feel to bad. They are one of the best at car audio, they decided to go back to the core of there business---------great idea!!!

Pioneer plasma 42 inch tv won't turn on. power runs thru dvd. remote is sending signal and dvd has power.

There should be a power button on the bottom of the panel that has to be depressed for the television to power on. It is the main power supply button and without it there is no power going into the TV.

Plasma media reciever problems!

Depending on how badly do you want it?First,call 1-800-pioneer and see if they have any left?
I would put a "wanted" ad on Craigslist and see if there is any owner of the TV(could be either the 50" and 43" monitors.)out there do have a damage or malfunction of this commercial Plasma TV that they don't want to fix,but the media box is still good!
Lastly,you would need to order it out of U.S. UK or Japan of Pioneer division will be my best bet.

43" plasma (Pioneer)

Plasma tv's are known for having overheating problems. Most of these problems occur in the main power supply. Most technicians only replace these boards due to manufacturers policy. If you are lucky, you may find a local technician that can troubleshoot to the component level. This will save you an huge amount of money.The board could cost as much as $800 dollars. Scrivitron
