BUFFERING SLOW, THEN PICTURE COMES THEN DROPS.

You probably have a slow internet connection. It is recommended that you have a minimum 25/25 Mbps connection from your provider. If you do then the streaming stick might be too far from your wireless router. Try to move the router closer to the Streaming Stick if possible. The best way to watch streaming video is with a wired ethernet connection with a Roku 3 or other wired device. Good Luck!

I don't have a picture but I have sound with my Roku Streaming Stick

I use a Roku 3 but the display setting should match the Roku setting. Hence 720 to 720. It is tough to get a 1080p picture via wireless which is the only option with the streaming stick. The distance from the streaming stick to the router could be a problem. I am assuming the setup screen displays correctly.

Straight talk my account

Easiest way is to insert micro sd card into your phone, copy all pictures to it, remove it and put micro SD card in your computer. If your computer doesn't have micro SD card slot you can buy an adapter that plugs into USB.

Changed my router working perfect on home streaming but when away connecting ok but picture freezes and Kbps is only up to 302

Hi, If you are streaming from outside your local network, you will be limited by the upload speed of your internet connection. e.g. My connection has 3mbps upload, (8 Megabits = 1 Megabyte) so this will provide around 0.3-0.4 Megabyte per second upload speed (300-400kbits).
