This appears to be a Walmart, Amazon, eBay special without a maker website which usually means made in China and sold in bulk. There is limited help here and some videos. Motor and Capacitor wiring all works to the same diagram.

The thermostat is probably shot. These units are repairable but disposable, meaning the repair will likely cost as much as a new unit.

Thr issue you are having you need to look on the motor and see if there is a diagram but you have to use the grey and white for a capacitor because i have an older fan that has no capacitor. and use the red for high

Heater stop working found small metal piece with plastic with hook

put the 2 white wires together then try one of the other wires from the fan to the black power wire,if to slow try the other wire if that speed works tape off the other wire . it should be white to white and red to black green is ground

Can't see why not , can you take the switch apart ? If so could just be a loose wire that is not making contact.
