I have a straight talk ZTE savvy phone and today when I went to charge it, it would not charge while on the charger. it stayed at 25% charged for 3 hours and hasn't changed since. I have checked my charger cord and the outlet it was plugged into. I don't see any damage to my charge port either.
Sometimes the block transformers on phone chargers go bad. I'm assuming it uses a micro usb plug like most phones do now. The easiest way to check is to borrow a charger from someone else or if you have a kindle charger use it to see if the phone will charge. If it does don't go back to the phone store to get another one because they charge an arm and a leg. You can order the chargers for most phones online for half of what you pay at a phone store.

okay, this happened to me too.
first you need to call virgin mobile and ask a live advisor for help.
if they ask you to take the battery out and press the power button for 30 seconds and it doesnt work then they will try to send you a new charger.
when i called it was out of stock.
you can also but the car charger.

Well, the white to pink dot is a sign of water in the phone. It is a moisture indicator and the first thing the repair fols look for so they can deny any claims.
They second thing is you can get an external battery charger for the razor. They run about 5 dollars and allow you to charge the battery seperate from the phone.
