i have tanscand 4gb pen drive when ever i try to open thath it shows a problem occured your device may not work by showing error code 10
And when i keep another pen drive it works
in my experience, you need to update drivers, or try another computer..... on one of my co mputers if i open my conputer fast enough i can use the drive, otherwise it will not open.....

HI there its a reason for virus infested system with pen drive. Your PC & pen drive both are infested by virus. That's why you are not able to deleted or copy or format that Drive. Its a trozonhouse or warm32 virus. I suggest you format the OS and install it again. After that connect the pen drive but remember do not open the pen drive. Straight way format the Pen drive first then open ok. Other wise your PC again virus infected by pen drive virus. Thanks.

sounds liek a corupt upper or lower filter for cdrom devices also in usb section of registry. prety much.. remove upper and lower filters and retry. or u got acess denied to system registry sections.
My 2gb hp pen drive showing please insert drive error. Also property showing free space 0 bytes. Please send me hp recovery tool or any equivalent tool to solve the same problem
