Same thing happened to me because I bought an Insignia television and I couldn't find any universal remotes to replace it. It just happens when you buy an off brand TV.

I was unable to find a code for the Philips remote but...
The GE universal remote #24914 works all the features of your Ilo tv. The code is in the book that comes with the remote. I use this remote myself. This remote can be bought at Target for under $10. Hope this helps you in some way.

Get the 8.00 rca universal remote at wal mart (model rcr312w) follow the auto scan instructions and it will work.  I just had this same problem, bought 4 universal remotes and this one worked!

The only remote I was able to find that work all Ilo features is the GE universal remote #24914 works to change your Ilo tv from analog to digital and switch to vid1 or vid2 ect.... The code is in the book that comes with the remote. I use this remote myself. This remote can be bought at Target for under $10.

since ilo tvs dont seem to have a specific code, you can either try the generic codes that are found here in the pdf manual.

Ilo is apparently made by a few different manufacturers for Wal-Mart. Try Emerson, Funai, Akai or Tatung universal remote codes. I have read that the Emerson works most frequently.
