If you forgot your Bios password then open the pc and reset the COS jumper.
If forgot your Windows password then restart your computer press F8 . select Safe Mode and try administrative login to reset password.

If you forgot the administrator password then use any third party software like Hirenboot to recover it.

Do a "GOOGLE SEARCH" and type in "HOW TO CHANGE PASSWORD ON EMACHINE". You will get about 10 "hits", here is one of them. Good Luck.

Here I share how I reset windows adminstrator password .

I searched in the Internet to find the solution. Then I found a windows password reset tool called Windows Password Reset have a good evaluation.

I tried it as the steps:
Step1:Download and install Windows Password Reset .
Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in my newly created CD and remove my Windows Password.

It really great help to me reset windows admin password.

If you have forgotten your Windows login password then you can download a copy Hiren's Boot CD which is a CD image file (.ISO) then burn this to a blank CD and boot your laptop from this.

On the initial Hiren's boot menu, select the option for:
Offline NT/2000/XP/Vista/7 Password Changer
and then follow the guided prompts shown on the further menu panels.

This tool will allow you to reset your Windows login password to all blanks (i.e. no password).
