Since model number you wrote is for kickstand I assume that you want to reset Galaxy tab 3
Please make sure you have backed up all of your important data and apps before performing a reset.
Turn your Galaxy Tab 3 off. Press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons together until you see an Android lying on its back. This is the - stock recovery screen. Use the volume keys to scroll down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset and use the Power button to confirm. Scroll down to Yes, Delete All User Data and hit Power to confirm. Back on the first screen, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and select with power button. Hit Reboot System Now to restart your Galaxy Tab 3 with factory settings restored.
I'm not familiar with that specific tablet, but all Android devices have a way to enter a recovery mode menu that allow you to clear the cache or do a full factory reset. First, try the 'clear cache' option. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a full factory reset (and you'll lose all of your apps and data).
Turn off your tablet all the way.
Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see the Recovery Mode menu.
From menu on your screen choose option "clear cache" or "delete cache" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
Try to restart your tablet. If it still doesn't work, then do the same thing again, but this time...
From menu on your screen choose option "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
After that select option "Yes -- delete all user data", and confirm that.
1. Power off the tablet.
2. Press and hold the Volume up button.
3. While holding the Volume up button, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume up button.
4. Once the tablet screen turns on, stop holding the buttons.
5. On the Android system recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset. Use the Volume up and Volume down keys to navigate through the menus and use the Power button to select the desired option.
6. When prompted to "Confirm wipe of all user data", select Yes -- delete all user data.
7. Select reboot system now.
