Hi i have a LG shine ke970 and its driving me nuts.....when i got the phone i was playing around w/ the voicemail and accidentally set the voicemail # to "6666"....now that the # is, 6666. i cant access voicemail at all. when i hold the 1 on the keypad down it to access voicemail it automatically dials out 6666 and i get his message sayn, " unfortunately we cannot reach your call as dialed".....well in the 1st place its not my viocemail #.....ive been tryn to look for ways to change my voicemail # from 6666 to at least 1(to reach my voicemail) or my actual phone # but the phone wont let me access anything..........plzzzzzz someone help me this is causing me grief.....
Go to Main menu, then "Messaging". Within Messaging go down to "Message Settings". #3 is voicemail. click voicemail and you will be able to edit the number.
