My phone was working then fine earlier in the day, then later only the clock on the outside display was showing and now none of the functions, lights. etc will work at all. (it is like it is completely turned off and won't power on) (It was not low battery). I've tried removing and replacing the battery, charging it etc but get absolutely no response. The phone is only a few months old. any ideas?

GBC appear to just be a crappy company. I have a Heatseal H212, same problem. Worked fine then one day when I turned it on it never became "ready". I waited a while longer then turned it off.. except it wouldn't let me turn it off. I had to unplug it from the mains to get it off. After that, it would never turn on. Checked the fuse, it was fine.
keep your phone on the heater for a few days .I had the same problem with my e65 but worse.it was in the washing machine and i found the phone soaking wet.so straight away i got a dry towel and wiped it and left it for a few days.3 days later it was working fine.
so why don't you try it ,it worked for me so hopefully it works for you
My audio and clock display stopped working all of a sudden. The audio system still worked fine. I had all my fuses checked previously and was told it could cost up to $800 to fix by Mazda. I pulled out fuse 31 and wiped it clean, reinserted it and now my display works as good as new. Thanks to those on this site for your help.
I would definately let it dry out fully. Take the battery out and take it apart as much as you can and place in front of a fan (probably overnight). If there was water in the phone when you plugged it in it could permanently damage the phone. Even though the outside is dry, there could still be some water inside. I once had a remote control in a swimming pool overnight and followed these instructions and it worked fine after a couple days of drying. Hope this helps!
bring it to a technician, and let him know what the new battery and charger did to your normally fine phone. They should be responsible for repairing your phone. No easy fix as described above. Let me know how it works.
