I need to repace the missing operating files I lost when I accidentally formatted my player. Links to the Coby website don't work, as compmany no longer operative. Is there anything I can do to recover the missing files? Player works, but I cannot use all the features it was designed to offer.

There should be a lock/unlock button on the opposite side of your mp3 player other buttons. Slide the button to the left, and it should unlock. I hope this helps.

u dont need to reset it lol u need a new screen or if your trying to reset to give it back where u bought it from try reseting from computer
