Ok so it wont boot at all. Have you recently changed anything? Take the cover off the computer and use canned air to blow off the entire computer. There should be absolutely no dust or dirt in the entire computer. If it gets clogged up it will overheat and not boot! Make sure its clean! If you havent messed with it at all and it still wont be it could be dead, electrically friend from a surge (the entire computer or just one part not letting it boot). I would take it to a local repair shop and ask for an estimate. Usually the estimate runs about one hour of labor or 50-80 dollars an hour. dont pay more! Some places even do free estimates.
