Power output amplifier circuit should be checked. If there is any delay relay fitted, its drive circuit too should check. Check all the components at the main power amp output section. Refer its schematic diagram for more details. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy. Surf the site with patience. if the input signal is very low check output cables for good condition and no wires from cables touch the amp chassis--no touching between each cables-check each speakers one by one to isolate the trouble-if everything is ok and you still get overload protection you must pass it to service center.

These are available for purchase from Crown. Generally they are not available on the web. Is there a specific problem that you are having?

Don't buy a Phonic XP5000 similar to the Crown XLS5000. Probably share the same problems. I tried three XP5000 that all had the same problem.CheersRob UeberfeldtKaikohe New Zealand

A schematic for what?  Go to a auto zone part store they will scan it for free. Just a emissions code probably not a big deal.

On a crown amp you will need a service manual man. That's like working on a Rolls Royce and trying to work on it with Toyota tools. Get the manual or do not wist your time, you will be spending loads of time on this if you don't. If you know where the diff. transistors are, check them out of circuit on high resistance.
