Might want to replace the cleaning blade which removes the old toner from the drum. or it could be a dirty charge corona housing which is above the drum itself

Bogus toner cartridge.

1. Remove the toner bottle then turn on the machine with out bottle inside of it. Let it go though its normal operations then when the machine asks for toner install the bottle.

First clear the developer counter in service mode.

then remove the drum cart. remove developing unit. remove old developer. then run Auto max density. If you don't and make a copy or print you will have to replace the developer again
. recommend cleaning all toner around the drum and drum sensors requires removing drum be careful a nick on the drum will show up on all copies/prints

The erase lamp (EL) is unconnected. Did some one recently replace something in the image unit. There are two small connectors that need to be connected. when the Charge Corona Assy.is installed above the drum that assy houses the Erase lamp.

C-0070 is the toner bottle, remove it, power off the machine, then with the bottle out turn the machine on, let it go thought its routine when it ask for toner install it PROPERLY if the knub on the bottle dented damage in anyway replace do not use the damaged bottle. the C0F32 is the toner is not properly mixing in the the developer because it is not getting any toner see above, Might need to replace the developer also.

Check yout waste toner container. If it's full you should clear it or change it. Or maybe the problem is in some sensor, probably temperature senor on fuser.

When the last time the machine was cleaned in the drum area along with the associated sensors, when was the last time drum and developer replaced, every 250,000 copies drum developer should be replaced.

first toner must must and must be genuine, other wise it wont work in any conditions,
2nd toner density sensors and gamma sensor should be cleaned and all auto setting must be run .
third some time toner drops down the others side of the drum due to recycle clutch did't not work properly and all cleaned toner drops down after filled in recycle area,

Make sure that during the PM the LD1 and LD2 adjustments are done. If they are set too light or too dark it will cause over toning or under toning. Also check the gears on the back of the developer unit, there is one small gear that can wear down. This gear drives the augers that add the toner to the developer mag roller.
