is the toner 3rd party or OEM. Replace with OEM cartridge. Well the toner is not the drum you bought a drum it needs toner. ????

This seems to be a Konica Minolta all-in-one 1590MF, about which I know nothing, and not a PagePro 1300W. I've not been able to find a manual by Googling, and following the links on the left here led me to this site (below), but it's just a user guide and not technical. Best bet would be to Google on "Konica Minolta" and find the nearest supplier in your part of the world - they may be able to help.

You have a bad drum unit, you will need to replace your drum (dr310) along with the developer (dr310) it's not all that difficult but requires several step to reset the error code, clear the counters and calibrate.
