Do I need to oil the 7200? Manual does not mention it.

It is making a squeaky, scratchy noise.

There are no user oil spots on the elna 7200. It does require lubrication. It is important to take these modern machines in for service by a professional regularly.

Is it true that Elna Quilter's Dream Pro 7200 doesn't need oiling? Looking for a service manual.

If your machine is computerized, it is very important to oil only as instructed in the owner's manual. Oiling otherwise could damage the machine. Of course, it is recommended that every machine be taken for professional service every year. The technicians know how and where to service the machine. Self-servicing the machine to save ~$100 could cost thousands.

My Juki Exceed HZL F400 works ok but the bobbin makes a loud spinning noise. I changed needles, cleaned but no change. I think oil, but no mention of oiling the machine in the manual, help please.

You are correct. There is no mention of oil in the manual. Just make sure that you thoroughly clean as instructed. You might try changing the bobbin to see if that makes a difference. The current bobbin could be bent or damaged. If the noise continues, take it for service. Something could be out of alignment.

Why is my handwheel hard to turn and making a squeaky noise?

Sounds like possible thread in the gears, or the wrong oil might have been used to oil the machine. Sewing machine oil (clear oil) should be used for oiling the machine. I use an oil called Tri-Flow Lubricant which is available at your local bicycle repair shop.

My machine is very squeaky when I run it...where do i put the oil? it is a europro 605d

This is quite a question as the noise normally comes after drying of the oil points in the machine.
So first of all check for the oil marked points, the oil all the moving shafts at the BEARINGS/BUSHES and the joints of all motion.
You must listen to the squeaking, manually turn to confirm the spot and oil lightly.
Sometimes rust formation can result in the squealing to continue so use a de-greasing spray( WD40) to clean and improve the movement.

Top part of singer 3116 is squeaky

Oil the top of the needle bar very lightly and the moving parts of the takeup lever, if you still have it then I would suggect taking it in for a check before it costs a lot of money
