Did you call Vector at 866-584-5504 or 954-584-4446? That's the number given in my Vector owner brochure.

I found the battery on various web sites and the prices are ridiculous! It cost almost the same as buying a new light. You have to take the light apart to change the battery anyway, so I went to Radio Shack and picked-up a pack of 9v Battery Snap Connectors (less than $2), wired 3 9v batteries together and bingo.......the light works great! I tried C battery containers and D battery containers but they ended-up too heavy and too big plus the light was not as bright, so the 9v's were perfect.
