Entering setup network selected as first boot device for current boot

That a LAN boot Rom is used does not affect the keyboard entry used to enter setup.
The BIOS controls if the onboard LAN will run on boot up.
LAN Boot ROMs are used to download operating system code from a network server. So, the BIOS has priority.
The BIOS runs first, and if you enter setup by pushing the proper key for the motherboard, you can change the boot to DVD or another device (USB Stick) to troubleshoot the PC.

What is the boot up sequence please

You need to go inside BIOS to find out whats the boot sequence. To activate the BIOS Utility, press F2 during POST (when “Press <F2> to enter Setup” message is prompted on the bottom of screen).
Press F2 to enter setup. The default parameter of F12 Boot Menu is set to “disabled”. If you want to change boot device without entering BIOS Setup Utility, please set the parameter to “enabled”.

    Start your computer.
When you see the 'Press DEL to enter BIOS SETUP mode", press the 'DEL' key.
Change the "boot-order" to put your CD-ROM as the "first" (highest-priority) boot-device.
    Save-and-exit from BIOS setup.
Insert the disk into the CD-ROM.
Your computer should boot from the disk in the CD-ROM.
