The F6 code is listed as a problem with the MW relay. Here are the testing steps from the technical literature. The relay that is mentioned is a part of the control so if the problem continues you will need to replace the control. 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
2.Check the cable to Relay 4903.
3. Check to see if the relay (4903 on relay electronic control) contact has welded closed.
4. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
5. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
6. If problem persists, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.

Normally the F6 code means a shorting cook relay. That can be repaired for $39.95 in most cases. But it would be best if we knew your full model number from the cooking cavity or elsewhere on the oven.
Hi. this code represents a key pad or control board malfunction. you will have to make sure the key pad or control panel connectors are connected tightly and securely. If the wires and connectors are secure, the actual control board may be faulty and you will need to replace it at this point.
