best to go to a bulova dealer to get the original fitted as its most likely the stem is sheered of inside the old crown if however it has just unscrewed from the stem any good watchmaker should be able to refit it and reseal it
If you have registered your watch with the maker, then it is bes to send it to them (talk to them about it first- go to Boluva.com and look for service centers).
The seller would probably just send it off anyway and increase the delay time to gettingit back.
All work should be done by one of their service centers or an authorised dealer, in order that the warranty is not affected.
With a cheap watch the answer would be to remove the back and put it in a warm dry place for a day or so but as yours is not in that catagory, I would not advise any DIY methods.
I know its' a pain to loose your watch for a time but only accredited service agents can guarantee the water resistance it a watch is opened.
1st: make sure the watch is set to "tme" , the botton dail display, press bottom right stem 2nd: pull out the bottom right stem , 3rd: press the left top stem for increase time . i.e. 2:40 pm to... 2: 45pm 4th, or press the left bottom stem for decrease time: i.e. 2:40pm to .. 2:30 pm 5th: once time is good, then press in the right bottom stem,
Copy "http://www.bulova.com/brands/bulova/bulova.aspx?brand=bulova#coll_id=30&coll_name=Marine%20Star&gender=1" into your search engine and you should arrive at the Boluva web site page listing Marine Star models.
I couldn't find your particular model but perhaps one of those listed is similar to yours.
