you have a sensor plate that is not touching the ice or is not set to the right thickens, that sensor plate should tiger the machine to go in to dump mod.

Ice freezing onto to upper plate and not dropping into bin machine doesn't cycle

Time to give it a good cleaning. If you use the wrong cleaner on the plate, it etches it and causes the cubes to stick.

My franklin chef FIM200 is dripping water from the back, right side. The water fill valve was spraying out above the tray, we managed to get that under control, but, water is dripping right behind that...

Try putting a compression coupling in eliminating the valve. Did that on my machine a few months back, have not had any more leaks. Just other issues with thick ice and won't harvest correctly. Any suggestions?
