Check the tv menu settings...go to where you set the date and time etc... usually in the general section..
Look for timer or timers...turn off sleep timer, turn off power on timer and turn off power off timer...cheers

SOURCE: TV turns on, then immediately off again

hi nel2874

so, you have a television that turns off immediately after you turn it on.
It sound like your power supply on the unit is out. Because I don't know the value of your unit I cannot comment on replacing the unit. But I would recommend that you use our website to find a Flat Panel TV Repairman near you. You may want to call to get an estimate on replacing the power supply before considering replacing the unit.

SOURCE: tv keeps switching itself off

When that happens - try unplugging the tv for a few minuets & plug it back in.. Sometimes it will reset its self.. Or it could be a bad sercut or maybe a falty power suply.. Electronics is usually process of illimination - unfortunately..

Hisense 58R6E continuously cycles.

This model TV will have from 10 to 12 LED strips (depending on serial number) sitting vertically in the panel, you will need to replace them all to fix he set. On some brands if one lamp fails the overload circuitry will shut down the inverter section of the power supply but on most Hisense brand sets including the one you own there can be up to about half the LED buttons shorted (not lighting) and the set will continue to work with a darker than normal picture but eventually enough will burn out and the inverter will shut down from over current once the set has run for a few minutes, this is what you're experiencing. Our service center has repaired hundreds of Hisense sets where replacing backlights fixed the TV, from what I remember we have never had a power board failure causing this issue, its possible there has been as we have several service techs working on TV's but personally, I've never ran into the power board failure causing the LED lamps to not light.

My Hisense tv model75h6570g has sound and a black screen there is no trace of a picture with a flashlight and the standby light flashes around 20 times before shutting off

Hisense only has 10 blink codes, on most brands they're helpful but not as much on Hisense, in 9 out of 10 sets it turns out being backlights, we've had sets before in our shop where an image wasn't visible, but it still turned out being bad lamp strips. Power boards are a bit different on Hisense sets as loss of backlights can put the set in sleep mode leaving only the standby voltage. Best way to troubleshoot the set would be with a backlight tester

Hisense tv 65h6e turns on you can see the logo fine and then immediately turns off and then turns itself back on

Hi Drew..Your backlights are bad, common issue, there are some shorted diodes in the lamp strips, the over current section of the inverter is shutting down, then the set reboots, senses over current and shuts down again ect

Hisense smart tv 55k3110pw, ive had the tv for 4 months and happy with it generally. the tv is switching itself off and on again. is this a problem that is generic and is it easy to fix ???

still under warranty if new ?
if nothing in the user manual about timed power shut offs
or settings menu to sort the problem

might be a fault somewhere in behind this panel

My hisense tv shuts off every night by itself always at the same time, doesn't matter if I just turned it on or it has been on for 6 hours, just don't know why?

There must be a setting called something similar to eco or energy saver or auto off in menu. Need model number to be exact.
