Can split the screen equally when I am multitasking. I only get a very small portion on the right (or left) side, and the rest is the majority of the screen. The bar in the middle doesn't allow me to shift sizes, only from making what was small to the bigger size. Everything I've looked up says I should be able to adjust the size, however I cannot.

The space bar on any PC is a single button you may need to make sure your keyboard is clear of any debris If that doesn't fix issue you will probably need to replace keyboard which is very easy to do. [email protected]

right click on a clear spot on your desktop left click properties go to setting and you can change your screen size there

i have acer 4736zg ;that i bought 4 months ago my computer gets heated and shuts down automatically; it works nicely for a week; and gets heated and shut down automatically 3 to 4 times in a day; i am using windows 7 and kapresky anti virus before my computer has windows vista and mcafee antivirus. yesterday my computer showed blue screen death for six times each time i connected net ; i checked the memory status and now its ok but it shutdown for three time in last 12 hours; can u plz help me out

SOURCE: My font size has suddenly shrunk on my screen.

Hi,

Right click on the desktop and select "Personalize" from the sub menu.

Personalization window will open up so select "Display" from the bottom left hand side.

From there you will be able resize the desktop icons to a resolution that your comfortable with.
