There is only one thing I can think of. If it is not this perhaps your camera is defect.
Your camera has a White balance setting. You can put it in Auto, Incand. Daylight, cloudy and Manual.
Check if it is in something other than Auto. If so, put it in Auto, till you think you can improve the colours by putting it in a special setting.

Did you use the "safely remove hardware" feature on your computer or did you just yank out the cord? Re-insert the camera, find the "safely remove hardware" icon at the bottom of your computer screen and click it. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Take a couple of test shots with your camera mounted on a tripod or a very firm surface. Are the pictures better?
