PREPARE
Step 1: Make sure you have 48 ounces of white vinegar on hand. You will also need an empty sink and a ceramic mug (do not use a paper cup.)
Step 2: Empty the water in the Water Reservoir b. FILL AND CLEAN
Step 1: Pour the vinegar into the Water Reservoir and fill it to the top edge of the clear viewing area.
Step 2: Place a ceramic cup in the Drip Tray and run a brew cycle. DO NOT USE A K-CUP…just press the Large Cup Button. Pour the contents of the cup into the sink.
Step 3: Repeat the brew process until the Water Reservoir is empty, pouring the contents of the cup into the sink after each cycle. Remember to open and close the lid between each cycle.
Step 4: Now fill reservoir with fresh water and let the Brewer stand for 4 hours while still on.
Step 5: Rinse the Water Reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water. c. RINSE Step 1: Ensure the Water Reservoir is filled with fresh water.
Step 2: Place a ceramic cup on the Drip Tray and run a regular brew cycle. Pour the contents of the cup into the sink.
Step 3: Repeat the brew process until the Water Reservoir is empty. Step 4: You may need to perform additional brew cycles if you notice any residual taste.
Regular cleaning (de-scaling) will prolong the life of the appliance.
Scale is harmless, but left unattended, it can hinder optimal Brewer
performance. De-scaling your Brewer regularly helps maintain the
heating element, water reservoir and other parts of the Brewer that
come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating
means a better cup of coffee. We recommend de-scaling your Brewer at
least every 6 months (every three months if you are using hard water).
The descaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white
vinegar.
Regular cleaning of the Brewer’s external components is recommended for
proper operation. We recommend cleaning with a soapy, damp non-abrasive
cloth. The K-Cup holder and funnel, drip plate, drip tray and removable
water reservoir (on the Elite B40, Special Edition B60, and Platinum
B70) are dishwasher safe. NOTE: the removable lid of the water reservoir is NOT dishwasher safe. The brewer should be descaled every 3-6 months.

SOURCE: One cup brewer, says it is brewing, but the
If the brewer heats the water but it doen not dispense this is probably because air is trapped in the tubing of the water system.
To solve, use as air compresser with minimum pressure (20-25 psi) and force air through the system using an air nozzle that is long enough to reach into the hole into the area where you fill the water. Place your hand under the dispenser and ensure you can feel the air from the compressor coming through.
Once you clean out the lines, you should be good to go.
We have had our coffee maker sitting on our shelf "broken" for months now. We tried this last ditch effort before tossing the machine in the trash and low and behold it worked! :)
SOURCE: Keurig only brews about 2-3 oz. of coffee.
Doesn't sound like a descaler issue. I am having problems with mine and noticed that water is flowing back into the reservoir when it is pouring into the coffee cup. I think there is a valve that is not closing properly.
