How do you set the date on the rca excecutive series?

Go to settings and set date manually.

That will be a problem from the text side of the broadcast, the clock is set from the text transmission, ( in other words a problem from the transmitter ) possibly due to digital switchover or work on the transmitters. One possible solution would be to turn off auto clock setting, and/or auto summer time adjustment.
