SOURCE: system error indicated paper in output tray to be removed

Besides that you can take a canned air can and blow around the area where the paper comes out. Esp around the back. This is either a dirty sensor or a sensor flag that is hanging up or out of position.

Hello,
on the output tray you will see sensor flapper... it can get stuck ed... try to manually lift or down it, it usually gets out of his holder.
Keep me posted,
Hope that help's!
CAUTION: Remove paper from the tray as carefully as possible. If any torn pieces of paper remain inside the printer, more paper jams are likely to occur, and this could damage the print mechanism.
Grasp the front of the output tray located beneath the control panel. Remove the output tray by lifting the front of the tray up and pulling the tray out. Set the output tray aside.
