hi sounds like you have a faulty power supply board which could have faulty swollen capacitors that resemble little cans....replace the swollen ones with new ones which can be purchased from maplins RS spares online or ebay,,,,make sure you buy the same value(uf) and voltage which is written on the side of the capacitors and also make sure you put the in the right way round.

THAT MEANS THERE IS AN ALARM THAT DISABLED THE EGNITION WITCH KILLS THE STARTER TOO...
WHAT U WANNA DO IS REMOVE THE PANNEL THATS RIGHT ABOVE THE DRIVERS KNEES AND ONCE PANNEL IS REMOVED THERE SHOULD BE A BOX (AFTER MARKET ALARM IT SHOULD BE BLACK ) IT SHOULD BE TO THE DRIVERS RIGHT ... YOU CANT MISS IT ...
ANYWAYZ THERES A HARNESS CLIPED INTO THE BOX ... JUST DISCONNECT THE HARNESS AND TRY TO START THE CAR .
IF IT STARTS THEN JUST PUT YOUR PANNEL BACK ON AND DO A COUPLE DOUGHNUTS FOR ME =)

IF THAT DOESNT HELP THEN TELL ME IF WHEN U TURN THE IGNITION ON IF THE FACTORY ALARM GOES OFF

it is a large pink 30a fuse located under the hood in the upper left hand corner. take it out and to an auto store to make sure you get the right one... it says head... not headlight.

you dont have to remove the pannels you can fit the wire right under the pannel by gently pulling and stuffing the wire under the step pannel running along the floor.

swollen capasitors, replaceing will cost $500, so best to get another one, 42'' samsung will sell for about $800. the pn42a450

once a plasma has a problem, fixing it or not, more problems will occure, trust me, i am the flat pannel guru.

I am not 100% sure, but if it not in the front when you open the front door. It should be on the right side of the copier towad the rear of the copier right under the Main Power switch. The pannel is about 3" wide by 16" long and it is held in by two screws, the waste toner bottle should be behind the pannel.

Usually you just put the memory stick in the back of the computer in a usb drive, wait for it to load up , then you have multiple  options.
First you can go into word and save it directly to the jump drive... this is doe by selection "my Computer on the sleft side of the save prmpt then finding the jump drive.
Second you can save the file to a known location like the desktop then right click the file and click "send to" and findyour jumpdrive it should be at the bottom.
Or if it is already saved to a specific location, like "My Documents" just right click your start button, clcik "explore" then on the left pannel got to the location it is in and click it, then on the right pannel find your file and copy it "right click then copy", then on the left pannel find your jumpdrive and click it then on the right panel right click and hit paste.

After you remove the back cover inspect the power supply board for swollen or bulging capacitors. Pull and check any capacitors that you suspect to be swollen. Next, look for a sticker in the upper right hand side of the TV set. Use the values you find on the sticker to calibrate the voltages on the power supply board.
