I have a brother DCP-330C printer and I get an error "unable to clean" 50, I understand that it needs to be cleaned but My print head is stuck on the right side and I can't move it, how do I unstuck this and what do I do next?

The encoder strip switched off the ph and has to be set into place again.

An advice:
when you have set the encoder strip in pos. again stick some scotch tape on the top of the ph cover where the strip runs thru to prevend the slipping off again on next paper jam ;-)

Solution:
· Machine off
· Switch on the machine while holding down the “menu”button until all the leds are flashing on/off. Now you are in “maintenance” mode.
· Press 80
· Press the “mono start” button several times until you see “purge: xxxx”
· Press “2783” in order to reset the purge counter. You will see: “purge:0000”
· Press the "stop" button.
· Press “99” to exit the maintenance mode.

on my DCP 130C display appear an errore message "imp. stamp 50". This is an error message in italian language that indicate impossible to print, error 50.
Please, have you some suggestion to resolve this problem?
