SOURCE: Motorola RAZR V3c photo transfer to PC

motorola phone tools is not required. You can use the device plug and play just like any removeable drive. if you connect the phone via usb or bluetooth you shoudl be able to go to my computer and access the new removeable drive to drag and drop files between the phone and computer.
Motorola phone tools is synchronizatiuon software. It allows you to synch up your outlook calander and address book with the phone as well as stransfer files and create ringtones. costs about $30.00 though

How do i download the next upgrade after windows XP professional for free?

Why up grade if XP Pro is working fine???????? The only time to up grade is when your existing OS is not compatible with some program you wish to run. Other than that you should stay with XP.

If you have to "upgrade" your best bet is Win 7 but that is a clean install, not an upgrade. Stay away from Vista, Win 8.1, 10 lest you have horrific issues with convenience, compatibility and/or drivers.

Bluescreen is appearing after installing the os

Usual reason for blue screen after OS install is corrupted OS. It might have missed a file while installing or cd had a smudge or scratch on it. It rare occasions it can be hard drive it self. I would try to reload the OS but make sure CD is clean of dirt and scratches. Most times this will resolve issue. Also if you are installing higher version of OS on a pc that had Hardware that does not support new OS version. Like going from XP to Windows Vista or Windows 7. Sometimes you just cant upgrade even by doing new install since not all computer hardware is compatible with new OS. Some manufactures do this so you have to by new computer in order to get new Windows version. Hope this helps.

Down grade windows 7 to xp pro on toshiba l505 s5990 need wifi and lan drivers

In my view, you should not downgrade Windows 7 to Windows Vista! Windows Vista is a freaky OS and don't support many software tools ! Later you will upgrade yourself! Try Windows XP, not Vista! :)

I think I'd ask the person that told you that you get a free Upgrade. You need to talk to them or contact HP directly.
