Try starting it in neutral instead or park...It may be your neutral start switch is bad in the park position. Otherwise, it sounds like a starter relay is not working.
Test battery, and check for loose connections. Check starter fuse & relay. If you don't hear clicking sounds while trying to start the car then most likely it's a bad starter relay. If your getting voltage to the starter but no click then you have bad starter.
I don't believe this has a starter relay. It has a starter solenoid and I believe it is built into the starter. Call advance auto or you local parts dealer and ask them if the solenoid is built into the starter. No relay though. If it is built in you have to purchase new starter.
it sounds like a starter kill relay was installed on your nissan, if there is a relay in line with the black/yellow or black/blue starter wire under your dash you may need to bypass it, or you might need to reprogram your remote to close the relay when you unlock your doors
Starter relay is located in a "fuse box" these rearly go out. Check your starter to make sure you are getting power to it when you turn your key. if so then worry about the relay or the Starter Solenoid.
