S u can roll back teh firm ware while u doing this the device should be power on should not be distrubed>and while the firm ware downgrading u can see the power light is blinks>and once its study then reboot and check>if its not works change the device>rate me solved if its help full

It is advisable to restore your firmware when it is working. maybe it was not fit the new one. Just try to reset your router.

Hi Kiliath,
If led activity still the same hold the reset button with 30 seconds before releasing it. Make it sure when you resiting the router please don't off the router.
Then after reset was done. turn off the router within 5 minutes then turn on it again.
If all the settings back to each default factory settings please don't attemp to upgrade for what you did last time. It is possible will damage your router.

Checking the Router's LEDs
Step 1:
Make sure the System LED is lit.
NOTE: If the Diag LED doesn't goes off, you need to upgrade the router's firmware. For instructions, click here .
Step 2:
Make sure the LAN 1-8 ports is lit depending on the computers connected to the designated Ethernet port.
NOTE: If the LAN 1-8 port is not lit, make sure that the computer is powered on. You can also try connecting the PC using another working cable.
Step 3:
Make sure the Internet (WAN1) and DMZ/Internet (WAN2) LED is lit.
NOTE: If the Internet or DMZ/Internet LED is not lit make sure the Broadband modem is powered on and that the modem is properly connected to the Ethernet port
You can access the web-based user interface utility of the RV082 by using one of two methods:
1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator)
· By IP address: Type http://192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1 is the default IP address of the RV082)
and click Go or press the [Enter] key.
· By Hostname: Type http://RV082 and click Go or press the [Enter] key.
2. When the username and password prompt appears, type admin in both the username and password fields. (admin is both the default username and default password for the RV082).
Upgrading the router's firmware will give it numerous functions. This includes a more stable connection to the internet.
To upgrade the router's firmware, complete the following steps:
i. Downloading the Firmware
ii. Backing-Up the Router's Settings
iii. Upgrading the Router's Firmware
iv. Completing the Firmware Upgrade
v. Restoring the Router's Settings
vi. Completing the Firmware Upgrade Process
NOTE: Before proceeding with the upgrade, your computer must have an active Internet connection. It is also recommended that you use a wired computer in upgrading the router's firmware.

It's normal, it does not blinks. I can access to the web configuration, but that diag led is red, and when I press it it blinks fast and turns white.
