My curve is locked in camera mode. My daughter presses "something" and I cant get out of camera or snap a picture to get out of camera or go back to home screen. power down didnt help - help!!

Reflash your blackberry phone, it should be works and will make your blackberry camera curve 8300 unlocked. If that solution not working, bring your phone to nearest mobile phone repair shop and asking them to unlock blackberry using cable unlock. It's not only unlock your camera but also unlock your network if successful.

Blackberry 8900 cant save pics 'file system error'

A file system error displays when saving a picture taken with the camera on the BlackBerry smartphone

Cause

The folder in which the BlackBerry smartphone saves pictures is a read-only folder.

To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
  1. Open the Camera application.
  2. Display the menu and click Options.
  3. Click the folder listed in the Folder field.
  4. Continue clicking Up until Media Card and Device Memory are options.
  5. Click Media Card or Device Memory.
  6. Click Select Folder.
  7. Display the menu and click Save.

My camera is not working/ black screen.it tells me to close apps

Alright, I just had this problem. I dont know how this happened, but some settings were changed. If you go to media and press the menu button then go to options. Now change device memory limit to 15mb and reserved picture memory to 2mb. Now try your camera, it worked for me.

How do i reset blackberry curve 8330 to factory settings

are you actually going to the menu button and selecting close on each screen or just hitting end or the return button to get to the home screen? If you don't actually select close in the menu screen some progams remain open. go into all applications when there press the menu key and scroll down to close this should help

OMFG lol!. I just saw this on pinstack.com

My camera had hte same problem for months and this just fixed it!!

1)Remove back cover

2)Press gently, but firmly on lense (you should hear a click)

3)Battery Pull

Apparently if dropped at all, the camera can shift!!

Cheers, Imma go take some pictures after months of not being able to!

My camera on my blackberry curve is not working. ]

I found this solution on Blackberry forums. You'll need to take the battery cover off, and then push on the camera lens, or more accurately, the ring surrounding the camera lens. You should see the image corrected. I just tried it on mine, and it worked like a charm. Easy, cheap, quick fix.

I'd be curious to know if it's an electrical problem, a lighting problem (most likely) or a physical lens issue (focus).

Anyway, try it - it should work.
