MY Park lights and dash board wont come on

Check your fuses first, park lights, I think. Pull the light switch to first click and check if your front park lights are on. If no lights are on, the headlight switch is probably bad. If the fronts work, but no tail lights or dash lights, the problem is probably a wiring problem under the dash. The same wire to the rear tail lights is usually with a splice to the dash illumination lights.

1992 corona engine light, battery light and taillight lights on dash stay on while driving, anyone know why?

The battery light would mean the alternator is not charging the battery, the engine light is either a check engine light for the computer or low oil pressure (red) and the tail lamp warning is for a bulb not working.

89 mustang lx ( My dash lights stay on for approx 2 minutes before the 5 amp fuse pops) Any idea ?

you have another circuit piggybackin on the dash lights, my guess is a bad ground to the parking or tail lights, try unplugging the tail lights and front marker lights. if the fuse satys good you have it

E brake light in dash

Check your brake fluid level. If thats low then your light will come on and go off with the car moving the fluid about.

Tail lights and dash lights

You'll have to read through your owners manual. For some time Auto makers have been putting your taillights on the same fuse as your dash lights as an automatic indicator that they are out. I would read through your owners manual and decided where and what fuse will supply power to the taillights and dash lights. If indeed all fuses in connection with the dash lights are good I would suspect the automatic starter.
