When I turn on my television, it initially is fuzzy and makes a a loud buzzing noise, then turns itself on and off a few times before finally turning on for good and working normally. The process of turning itself on and off last for aprox 1 minute.

This sounds like one of the driver boards at the bottom or top of the screen has an intermittent fault. The set will have to be taken in to a service centre.

The transformer is resonating. Get it replaced, Don't do it yourself.

You should check your home wiring and grounding. Also be aware of anything that has recently been turned on when this happens. Anyone using a microvwave, cell phone, or other appliance that might be causing the interference.

Tries unplug,replug about an hour,see if it reset itself.Not than must replaced the signal tuner board.Plasma have this problems alot.
