I need the torque specs for the big ends, crankcase and cyl. head of yamaha 90 outboard 1996

Cylinder head bolt are 60 nm then a 90 Degree turn, Main bearing bolts are 30 nm then 180 degree turn and connecting rods are 30 nm then 90 degree turn.

i think the 1.6 ltr was only for some markets the engine i think it may be is! cyl head head with new bolts, 25nm +90 +90 +90 + 45 degrees the big end/conrod bearings 25nm +30 degrees thats if it a vauxhall/general motors engine. it may not be

Toyota Yaris Main and Big end Torque settings:
Tighten the main and big end bolts in sequential order and in two steps.
Main bearings. Stage 1.
22 ft lbs.
Stage 2.
44 ft lbs

Big end bearings.
Stage 1.
11 ft lbs.
Then Rotate bolt head a further by 90 degrees

Head bolt torque must be done in 3 steps:
1st 22 ft lbs
2nd 43 ft lbs
final 47 ft lbs
use this sequence of tightening:
9 - 3 -1 -6 -8
7 - 5 - 2 -4 - 10

Flywheel spec:
65 ft lbs

Cyl. Head 30 nm 90* 90* new bolts. Big ends 10 nm 130*

YOU NEED NEW HEAD BOLTS OLD HEAD BOLTS BEEN STRETCHED. YOU HAVE TORQUE HEAD BOLTS IN FIVE PASSES. FIRST PASS TORQUE HEAD BOLTS 18 FT LBS. SECOND PASS ADD ADDITIONAL 90 DEGREES.THIRD PASS ADD ADDITIONAL 90 DEGREES.FOURTH PASS ADD ADDITIONAL 90 DEGREES.FIFTH PASS ADD 15 DEGREES.

Torque spec

Step 1- 44 Ft.Lbs.
Step 2- 59 Ft.Lbs.
Step 3- Tighten bolts an additional 90 degrees.
