Cannot fix Epson B510 DN printer error printer restart 0x95 error
Epson Printer Error 0x95 occurs when the printer head has gone empty or you can say that it has become completely saturated. The reason for this Error may be issues in installation of windows, update of application of Windows, etc. Follow these steps to resolve the Error.
Steps to Fix Error 0x97 in Epson Printer:
Solution 1: - Check Epson Printer Ink Head
Printer ink becomes dirty because the ink pad is full. Due to unbalanced ink it generates the problem or displays a message of Error Code 0x95. Unplug the printer completely and leave it for a while. Then users must need to remove and replace the sponge and clean the eye.
If this step is not working to fix Error Code 0x95, then go to next step.
Solution 2: - Manually Perform Steps with Epson Printer
Solution 3: - Run the System Under Safe Mode
You should try to run the computer under safe mode, and then you may receive a message from the system about your error existence is effectively solved or not.
Solution 4: - Uninstall Current Installed Software From System
You can visit Epson Printer Support Number if you are still unable to resolve the Error.

Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

That is a purge system error, either you need a new purge assembly or there is a paper scrap caught in there stopping it. The purge unit is on the right where the printhead parks at shutdown and where the printhead is cleaned.

Go to: Apple > System Preferences > Print & Fax > Print and reselect your printer in the Default printer: box near the bottom of the panel. Then next in the same Print & Fax preference panel, select Open Print Queue: and Delete all the Jobs in the Status box and try printing something again.

have no idea exactly what that error means, but now I suspect that when you "Trashed the EPSON folder in HD\Library\Printers\Epson" you trashed an important part of the OS X and not the installed Epson software.
If you have a backup Time Machine, a backup clone or that file is still in the trash you need to restore it "HD/Library/Printers/Epson/InkjetPrinters2 or whatever" back to the correct location, run Repair Permissions and hope that fixes it. If not then backup all your files, because it seems like you may have to completely reinstall the OS X....
