SOURCE: how to switch video mode on canon eos 350d

Hi,

I doubt about your camera having a Video mode. However you can check these settings for your Camera in detail.

Click on the link -> Camera Settings

Hi... I have Canon 500D DSLR...While shotting in video mode 640+480 i got flash automatically. Is it possible to get flash while shooting in video mode. Please help

No camera flash can operate in video mode. It would have to flash 15 or 30 times a second. It takes longer than a second for the flash circuitry to charge up each time.

You can get a separate lighting unit for video which provides constant illumination. This does not require any connection to the camera, it just provides light, and the camera will adjust exposure automatically as usual.

Canon EOS 350D Driver Windows 7

You need to change the camera's USB connection mode from "PC" to "Print/PTP" in camera setting menu. After that it should be recognized by Windows 7 without drivers.

I have a Canon Rebel XT/EOS 350D. For some reason when I try to view the AF, ISO or WB menus they are not displaying. Can you help?

You need to set your Mode Dial to one of the modes in the creative zone (i.e. one of the modes: P, Tv, Av, M or A-DEP) in order to access the AF, ISO and WB menus. Those menus are not displayed when the Mode Dial is set to one of the Basic Zone modes.
Hope this helps /Chris

Looking to reset to original factory settings

On the camera's menu system, under Setup2, look for the option titled "Clear Settings". When selected, you can either clear just the Custom Settings, or you can clear all camera settings, which restores it to the factory defaults.

Camera features canon 18-55 digital cmera EOS 350 D

It does different things depending on the camera settings and only works in the creative zone settings not the automatic settings.

In AV mode it changes the aperture
In Tv Mode it changes the shutter speed
In M mode it changes the shutter speed unless the AV button is pressed when it then changes the aperture
