T-Mobile posted a solution to this problem here (I had the same problem and this resolved it): Error "The process Genius Button has stopped unexpectedly, force stop": myTouch Q by Huawei

the only way is to try a factory data reset. A factory reset will erase ALL user data (making the phone the same as if it had just come out of the factory)

Ok, I would say to reset your phone by code, just dial

• Dial 3845#*54#
• Now select Factory reset

But obviously it won't work because Android is corrupted.

Shut the unit down and then restart it. Sometimes, that's all it takes.

kinda hard to go to settings when you cant even get to the options to get to the settings screen =(

You can restore your epad to factory settings by going to the settings menu > privacy > Factory data reset. and then your epad should be running normally again.

Open Settings-->Applications-->Manage Applications
Tap Menu, choose Filter then choose Running
Tap the Email App then Tap Clear data

This will completely erase your email profiles

Now go back into email, re-do your server setup and you should be good to go. Let me know how/if this works for you
