We replaced our toner cartridge and the red triangle light still flashes and the copier won't work.

probably broken toner motorshaft remove toner cartridge look to back of machine if you find a white collar and a spring laying on the bottom thats it

If the signs that is blinking red which is shape like triangle , it is the toner cartridge indicator. The toner cartridge is empty.Try to pullout and check the toner cartridge, if it is light in weight it is already empty.
