In my frontload washer After wash cycle or rinse cycle the washer There is a traces of powder (persels)on the clothes . and the clothes is still wet washer type : kelvinator model:KM45W load type :fro

Keeping in mind that the soap & bleach gets dispensed into your wash on the second to last rinse cycle and that most all rinse cycles are in cold water. Is your cold water valve screen plugged causing your washer to rinse poorly? Are you using the HE detergent? If not maybe the washer is sudsing up to much and having a hard time rinsing all the suds and bleach out and leaving the clothes soapy.

Fill the washer up with no clothes in it on a cold/cold wash setting does it take a long time to fill the washer up? Also when it is full and agitating is there suds in the washer?

Last suggestion is if the drain is hose is a lot higher than the top of the washer it might have a hard time draining out all of the soap water before the next load

It's hard to tell by your description of the problem, but it sounds like it could be the timer If it's not running while in spin mode, or as simple as a belt if it's running and not spinning fast enough.

From my understanding your Frigidaire frontload washer is not spinning the final spinning and the clothes are still wet. If you washer is overloaded it will not spin properly to release the water out of the clothes. Also, a small load will cause your washer to not spin properly. You should additionally check the drain hose to make sure it not kinked or twisted that could cause your improper draining. If all that checks properly it could be an issue with your drain pump, motor, and control panel. I would suggest consulting with a technician for proper diagnosis and repair. 1.Have you used too much detergent and it hasn't all rinsed out...was the machine overloaded and the rinse cycle can't penetrate the MASS of wet fabric.
2. If you are in a hard water area, could there be limescale build-up/ mineral deposits within your inlet pipes/hoses.
3. Did you use a biological powder instead of a colour or non-bio detergent and these marks are now actually 'bleached' dye lines.

lift the washer on its side and see if it has a drive blet that broken for the spin cycle.

either balance load sensor or machine failing to drain in the allocated time, check pump/filter for blockage
