Need to find b out what page that is loading also posible you need to clear out your cashe browser history. Most devices have a reserved amount of memory for history clear you browser cashe
click on the dolphin go to settings browser history hold files you wish to remove an done

Hi your tablet gonna search for WiFi connection until you gonna connect with network. If you don't want it just switch WiFi off.

Try to boot to fastboot and REflash a stock firmware.
