First of all make sure that the pogo it turned off insert the paper from the packet with the blue peice on the bottom with the barcode facing down. and the paper facing shiny side up and logo face down. when you turn the pogo on the blue paper will feed through first then the printer is all setup and aligned ready to print via bluetooth or via USB cable. hope this helps

Bought a em756 today. been charging for 6 hours. wont turn on. what do i do

Sure the charger is good? Battery bad and not taking charge? Unit itself bad?

If bought today take it back and exchange it at store and make sure that the replacement works.

I bought the Polaroid Pogo mobile printer.when I first used it, it worked well.today I tried to use it and it is just not working. My phone seems the picture but the printer gets a red flashing light how...

That depends on which red light is flashing. If the battery light is flashing, that means the battery is exhausted. Fix it by charging the battery.
If the status light is flashing red, that means the paper is jammed. Fix this by opening the paper door and pulling out the media. Full instructions are on page 3 of the manual.
The battery light is the one marked with a battery. The status light is the one marked with an exclamation point inside a triangle.

The way to solve the problem is as follows:
1. Goto the My Stuff Icon and select the "My images" Icon.
2. Select a Photo to open it.
3. Click the drop the drop down menu (▤), and click rename.
4. Type in a name then .jpg and save.
5. Then "send" it to bluetooth.
Voila! Good luck everyone.

Have just bought a Pogo printer. It printed once via Bluetooth but doesn't print via Bluetooth now. Removed battery for an hour- still not printing via Bluetooth. Can you help please?

If you are printing from a PC/Mac via Bluetooth, It won't accept anything other than Jpg's and also if the file name is too long (or if the file has multiple .'s in the name as I just found out)

Print Unable 20

Bad news. The laser diode responsible for printing black has up and died. You need a new Laser Unit, part number LR1461001. Brother has released a "Service Update" about this one; the instructions for replacing the laser unit run to nine pages. If you're within the 1-year warranty, it won't cost you, but it won't be printing with it today.

Battery

Install the battery (see above steps).
Connect the AC adapter to the printer and the power source.
Notes:
Before using the printer on battery power, fully charge the battery for
2.5 hours.
You can print photos while plugged into the power source.
