I had a similar problem. After a $90 service call I was told it was the main electronic panel. The panel costs $180 and installation is $70. No Frigidaire is worth that. You, like I, should buy a new non-Frigidaire.
SOURCE: Frigidaire PLD4460REC Dishwasher will not start
This is very likely due to a bad main electronic control board but the only way to know for sure is to do some electrical testing with a volt/ohm meter and the wiring diagram located within the appliance. If possible use the meter and the wiring diagram to check input/output voltages looking for discrepancies between the diagram and the actual meter readings.

SOURCE: Hi, my frigidaire pld4375rfc3 stopped working. I
Next time DON'T buy a Frigidaire product. It is absolute GARBAGE!!! How does a durable good (an item that is supposed to last for at least 5 years) break down w/in the first 1 or 2 years??? Only poor quality items do that.
SOURCE: Our dishwasher is blinking CL - i think this means
Hi Error CL appears when the dishwasher control
detects door switch is open or door is open. You'll have to open the door and
check the continuity of the door switch. If the door seems to be closed then it
is the control has detected an issue with the door latch. Check the door latch
& seals to make sure door is closing fine. Unplug the dishwasher from power
outlet and wait for 10-15 minutes. Restart the dishwasher and check if the
error is still there. If error still appears then you'll need to repalce the door
switch/door latch. Hope this helps... Please post back for further assistance. Daniel

Hi Syed, I understand you are experiencing code ER on your dishwasher. This code indicates there is a membrane switch failure. The main control board has detected a stuck key or a key pressed for more than one minute. The connection from the keyboard to the main control board should be checked, with the power off to the dishwasher first of course. If the connection is good then it is likely the keypad. If the error still exists then it sounds like the main control board is faulty. I hope this information was helpful to you today. Best Regards,
