If your sim card is blocked. Go to your network providers website, where you can obtain the puk code that will unblock the sim card.

There are softwares available which will enable you to use your mobile as webcams. Mobiola is the softwares name.

hie dear,
u need to refresh or soft format ur phone memory.
for that pres *#7780# and then the phone code (12345 by default)
it will not harm any of ur messages or the contact saved on ur phone, it will just refresh the memory.
