I am trying to print a document (black text only) and the black ink cartridge is full (however all the other ink cartridges are empty). Why are the other ink cartridges required? Is there a way to bypass the ink cartridge check and print with the remaining cartridges?
I tried changing the printing settings such as text, black only, etc and it still prompts me to change the other cartridges .
I only want to print black text.
Thanks
It is not wise to leave the cartridges empty, causes permanent print-head damage on the empty color area. However, if you want to use the other color, say "black", bypassing the cartridge check is simply resetting the counter of the printer... download the utility file "sscserve.exe" you can search it on the internet. Install it then choose your printer on its list box, then by right-clicking on the printer icon of the utility at the bottom right of your window... you should be able to see what you need. Happy printing!!!

my blue colored document is printing out in red! I checked and have all the right ink cartridges in the right ports, but don't know why the red is printing instead of blue?
have a workforce633 changed by ink cartridges but it won't print anything
The ink light is on but not flashing. I can't print anything from the computer. I changed the cartridges, checked all the wires etc and still the light stays on.
